| บทคัดย่อ |
This article seeks to propose an approach to strengthen the principles of Good Governance in the context of university administration in Lao PDR. The methodology involves conducting semi-structured interviews with 28 experts from various institutions including the Ministry of Education and Sports, Lao PDR, National University of Laos, Supanuwong University, Savannakhet University, and Champasak University. The gathered data was then subjected to Text Grouping and Content Analysis, yielding the following outcomes:
The strategy for enhancing university administration encompasses five key success characteristics, encapsulated within the SMART model of success. This model comprises:
S: Systematic and Equitable Human Resource Development
M: Management University System to Transparent and Fair
A: Access and Participation of Stakeholders
R: Responsibilities and Assign duties in Accordance with Quality Standards
T: Teaching and Learning Management Monitoring System and Communication Channel with the University
