Human Capital Accumulation of Female Migrants for a Good Life

บทคัดย่อ
การสะสมทุนมนุษย์เพื่อใช้ในการหางานทำสำหรับผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่น นับว่ามีความซับซ้อน และมีความหลากหลาย ทั้งนี้เพราะว่าผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่นต้องดำรงชีวิตภายใต้โครงสร้างสังคมที่ไม่เท่าเทียมกับชาย ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มุ่งศึกษาการสะสมทุนมนุษย์ของผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่นเพื่อการเพิ่มมูลค่าในการมีชีวิตที่ดี ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่นจากชนบทภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ไปที่จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 12 ราย และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 3 ราย เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม-พฤศจิกายน 2558 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอข้อมูลในเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่นสะสมทุนมนุษย์ในรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย ได้แก่ การเข้าศึกษาต่อในระบบการศึกษา การแสวงหาทักษะเกี่ยวกับอาชีพ การเรียนรู้จากการทำงาน และการสร้างวิธีคิดที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาส รูปแบบการสะสมทุนมนุษย์ดังกล่าว ทำให้ ผู้หญิงย้ายถิ่น สามารถเข้าสู่การทำงานที่เหมาะสมกับตนเอง ที่นำมาสู่ความมั่นคงในชีวิต มีทางเลือกในการทำงาน ซึ่งทำให้มีรายได้เพิ่ม มีทักษะในอาชีพที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในอาชีพ
ABSTRACT
Human capital accumulation to work in female migrants was complication and diversity as they have to live under patriarchy social structure. This study aimed to explore human capital accumulation of female migrants to benefit of good life. Qualitative research design was performed, 12 female migrants who come from rural area in Northeast of Thailand, and 3 key informants were interviewed using in depth interview to gain understanding of human capital accumulation of female migrants. This study was conducted during October to November 2015 at Chonburi Province. Content analysis was used for data analysis, and the data was presented using description. The study results were found that human capital accumulation of female migrants were diversities such as to study in university, to training on the job, to learn on the job, and also to make a good attitude. These factors that was lead to female migrants having a good chance to do appropriate work with themselves, having a good choice for work, having a higher income, having a skill for work, and they were success in their career, stability of life.
