บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์การมีส่วนร่วมของการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในเป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย
ระยะที่ 1 สำรวจเชิงปริมาณประชากรคืออาจารย์ประจำบุคลากรนักศึกษาจำนวน 2,611 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน กลุ่มตัวอย่างอาจารย์ประจำบุคลากรนักศึกษาจำนวน 395 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงการมีส่วนร่วมที่เป็นจริง .99 การมีส่วนร่วมที่พึงประสงค์ .99 ชุดอาจารย์ประจำบุคลากรชุดนักศึกษาค่าความเที่ยงการมีส่วนร่วมที่เป็นจริง .93 การมีส่วนร่วมที่พึงประสงค์ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและความต้องการจำเป็นใช้วิธี(PNImodified) ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางเชิงคุณภาพจัดสนทนากลุ่ม 9 ท่าน การสนทนากลุ่มวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเนื้อหานำเสนอด้วยการบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. สภาพที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์การมีส่วนร่วมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในความคิดเห็นอาจารย์ประจำ
บุคลากรภาพรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางผลการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่าความต้องการจำเป็นตามลำดับ
1)การบริหารจัดการ 2)การวิจัย 3)การผลิตบัณฑิต ความคิดเห็นนักศึกษาระดับสภาพที่เป็นจริงกับระดับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาพรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางผลการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่าความต้องการจำเป็นตามลำดับ คือ
1)การทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม 2)การผลิตบัณฑิต
2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในการบริหารจัดการจัดสรรอัตรากำลังเหมาะสมกับภาระงานการวิจัยสร้างช่องทางนำผลงานเผยแพร่ผ่านสื่อการผลิตบัณฑิตมีกระบวนการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนการบริการวิชาการสร้างระบบกลไกการมีส่วนร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม การทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมจัดสรรเวลาสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสม

Abstracts
The purpose of this research was to 1) study the actual and prospective condition of participation in the internal quality assurance in the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting 2) study the approaches of developing the participation in the quality assurance of education within the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting. This descriptive research was conducted in 2 phases. The first stage was a Quantitative Population Survey carried out on 2,611 lecturers, supporting staff and students in which a Krejcie& Morgan (1970) sampling table was used on 395 lecturers, supporting staff and students. The reliability coefficient was 0.99 in the actual condition and 0.99 in the prospective condition for lecturers and supporting staff sample whereas the reliability coefficient was 0.93 in the actual condition and 0.89 in the prospective condition for student sample. The statistics used in data analysis were percentages, average values, and standard deviation. The order of needs was ranked using the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The second phase was the qualitative data collection in which a group discussion was conducted among 9 eminent persons. The content analysis was presented in a descriptive format.
The results were as follows:
1. The actual and prospective condition of participation in the internal quality assurance according to the opinions of lecturers and supporting staff were in “moderate” level. The values of PNI modified ranged from the “Management”, “Research” and “Production of graduates” respectively. Likewise the actual and prospective condition of participation in the internal quality assurance according to the opinions of students was in “moderate” level. The values of PNImodified ranged from the “Preservation of Arts and Cultures” and “Production of graduates” respectively.
2. The approaches of developing the participation in the internal quality assurance in the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting can be concluded as follows: The administrators should allocate proper workload. In addition, researches should have more channels to present. The production of graduates, there should be systemic mechanism to administrate lesson plan. Finally, for academic services, lecturers should be encouraged to participate in community services as well as organize appropriate time, venue and activities in preserving arts and cultures for students.
