     Abstract ABSTRACT The purposes of this research being as follow to study creative Leadership Soft Skills indicators of school border for Administrators and to examine the goodness-of-fit of the structural model of confirmatory factor analysis with the empirical data. Phase I was the study creative Leadership Soft Skills indicators of school border for Administrators by theoretical documental analysis by creating conceptual framework, drafting indicators, and verifying the context validity. Phase II was the examination of the goodness-of-fit of the structural model. The sample size of 340 Teachers of Primary Education Service Area Office was derived by multi-stage random sampling. Data collection tool was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.9866 and validity ranging from 0.89 to 1.00 Collected data were analyzed for CFA by software statistic package. The goodness-of-fit of structural equation model showed its consistency with the empirical data (Chi-square = 79.206, degree of freedom (df) = 63, X2/df = 1.257, P = 0.0817, goodness-of-fit index (GFI) = 0.998, adjusted-goodness-of-fit index (AGFI) = 0.995, and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) = 0.028). Statistical analysis results thus confirmed the research hypotheses. The results of the structural validity test of Leadership Soft Skills Indicators of School Border For administrators with the empirical data by using Chi-square, the goodness-of-fit index and the adjusted-goodness-of-fit index revealed that the model correlated with the empirical data with statistical significance.
