| บทคัดย่อ |
The objective of this study were to analyze the socio-demographics and their attitudes about local social pension services among target population who are live in Juna village, Yunnan Province, Southwest China. There are totally 97 elder villagers whose age are over 65 years old. The study mainly conducted by qualitative method. 78 key respondents were selected to answer the questionnaires and take part in the in-depth interview.
The findings revealed that after analyzed the socio-demographics of local elderly, the researcher have got more understanding about them. And after analyzed the data of satisfaction level from these elderly, we can easily see that the satisfaction level of all the services are generally low. Especially village clinics, pharmacy and elderly club.
The following recommendations were drawn based the findings of the study. Regular staff training, regular assessment, and improve the quality of services. Provide professional medical services to the elderly. Increase the type and quantity of drugs in pharmacy. Create a comfortable and convenient environment for them. The most important thing is to establish feedback system. Listen to elderly needs, it can help improving all of services function in Juna village. These recommendations would be useful to improve the quality of social pension services in Juna village. |
