| บทคัดย่อ |
Abstract
Initiating Luan Prabang city to be the World Cultural Heritage Site attract the tourist from many places of the world coming to travel in Luang Prabang increasingly. This situation cause to change the socio-economic, physical, and cultural structure in the city including livelihoods of the household. This study needs to present the livelihood changing and the wellbeing of the households who live in the World Heritage Site. The qualitative research was applied in this study. Twenty household cases and 10 key informants in the village is an interview and observe for data collecting. The content analysis method is applied to data analysis. The descriptive-analytic method is employed to present the result.
The finding reveals that there are 5 livelihoods changing pattern of household which is 1) Changing from traditional occupation to a hotel and accommodation business, 2) Doing the old occupations with the hotel and accommodation business, 3) Changing from traditional occupation to a new occupation but not a hotel and accommodation business, 4) Doing the old occupations with new occupation but not hotel and accommodation business, 5) Doing the old occupations. These changes reflect the relations of capital and wellbeing which lead to objective wellbeing and subjective wellbeing. Therefore, the household which need to success in livelihood changing should be commutate the household capital and employ it to invest a new business for generating income increasingly. In addition, the government organization which involve in developing household livelihood, should be setup the projects to support them who need to change the household livelihood such as budget, land, business investment and etc. |
