     Abstract This research operation was to increase transportation volume of direct shipment from traditional transportation case study of Beverage Distribution Firm. The purpose is reduction of Transportation costs by truck with the enrichment of direct shipment with Segmenting Customers. The study, it has been found that the main problems encountered are: Delivery time for 32%, No transport plan for 22%, Holiday of the factory for 18% and Invoice for 16%. These four problems accounted for 88% of all problems. So this research takes Segmenting Customers application to solve this problem. The results showed that the enrichment of direct shipment is 28%
