| บทคัดย่อ |
Environmental problems effects to people health, lead to living with unsafe environment, ill and death. Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Natural resources co-planned the second national strategic plan for environmental health 2012–2016 for Thailand. Sakon Nakhon Province developed environment according to this plan and proceeded following the plan. Researcher interested in evaluating the results of solid waste and hazardous waste management in Sakon Nakhon Province. This research was an evaluation based on CIPP model. Subjects were 103 health officers who work in Sub-District Health Promotion Hospital. The data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The results of study were as followed:
1. Context: There were implementing according the 5 strategies in solid waste and hazardous waste management of Sakon Nakhon Province that with this plan.
2. Input: Numbers of personals were inadequate. They had limited knowledge in environmental health because they did finish in environmental health. Supporting budget, materials were insufficient. In addition, an administration was in moderate level.
3. Process: There were forming of working group, participated planning, community participation and evaluation were in low level. The satisfaction of public health personnel was in average level.
4. Products: There were data of waste center in local organization. There were standard waste management systems. The health professionals’ were developed accurately. However networks of waste management were less than expectation. The learning center of solid waste and hazardous waste management was inadequate.
The second national strategic plan for environmental Health 2012–2016 can implement in solid waste and hazardous waste management of Sakon Nakhon Province However, some limitation need to solve included participation in waste management and budget management.
