องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำทีมและองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม
ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดเลย
The Components of Team Leadership and Innovative Organization
of Opportunity Expanding School in Loei Province

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของ ภาวะผู้นำทีม และองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดเลย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทีมจำนวน 10 เรื่อง และองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม จำนวน 10 เรื่อง เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำทีม และองค์ประกอบขององค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม จากแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำทีม และองค์ประกอบขององค์การแห่งนวัตกรรมตามกรอบที่ได้สังเคราะห์จากเอกสาร โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทีม มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) บรรยากาศแห่งทีม 2) เป้าหมายของทีม 3) สมรรถนะของทีม 4) ความรับผิดชอบร่วมในทีม และ 5) ความเชื่อมั่นในทีม และองค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดเลย มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลักได้แก่ 1) การจัดการนวัตกรรม 2) วัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรม 3) บุคคลแห่งนวัตกรรม 4) การสื่อสารเชิงดิจิทัล และ 5) กลยุทธ์นวัตกรรม

Abstract
This research aim to study components of team Leadership and innovative organization of opportunity expanding school in Loei province. Using descriptive research on 2 steps are 1) study 10 documents about team leadership and 10 documents about innovative organization for synthesis the components and 2). confirmed the components by the 5 experts in educational administration. The research found that:
Team leadership consisted of 5 main components include 1) team climate , 2) objective of the team 3) team performance, 4) team responsibility and 5) team confidence. The components of Innovative organization of opportunity expanding school in Loei province consisted of 5 main elements include 1) Innovative management , 2) innovative cultural 3) innovator 4) innovative communication , and 5) innovative strategy.
