Secondary School In Nong Khai Province
วรพงษ์ วรรณราม* บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำข้ามวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดหนองคาย การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำข้ามวัฒนธรรม จำนวน 16 เรื่อง เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำข้ามวัฒนธรรมจากแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำข้ามวัฒนธรรมตามกรอบที่ได้สังเคราะห์จากเอกสาร โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำข้ามวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดหนองคาย มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ความไว้วางใจ มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ เชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของผู้อื่น และมอบหมายงานที่ท้าทาย 2) ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ เปิดใจยอมรับผู้อื่น และให้ความร่วมมือที่ดี 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ วิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง เรียนรู้ตลอดเวลา และเป็นต้นแบบการเปลี่ยนแปลง 4) การจัดการความขัดแย้ง มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การเจรจาต่อรอง และพันธะสัญญาร่วม และ 5) การสื่อสาร มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การสื่อสารสร้างสรรค์ ช่องทางการสื่อสาร และปฏิสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในการสื่อสาร Abstract This research aim to study components of cross-cultural leadership of secondary school administrators in Nong Khai Province. Using descriptive research on 2 steps are 1) study 16 documents about cross-cultural leadership for synthesis the components of cross-cultural leadership from related concepts and research, and 2) confirm the components of cross-cultural leadership on the framework synthesized from documents by 5 experts in educational administration . The research found that :
Cross-cultural leadership of secondary school administrators in Nong Khai province consisted of 5 main elements include : 1) trust include 2 sub elements are believe in the ability of others and assigning challenging tasks 2) empathy include 2 sub elements are open mind to accept others and good cooperation 3) transformational leadership include 3 sub elements are transformation of vision, learn all the time, and as a model for change. 4) conflict management include 2 sub elements are negotiation and joint commitment and 5) communication include 3 sub elements are creative communication, communication channel, and positive interaction in communication. |
