     Abstract Introduction: Exercise behavior can prevent many kinds of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, allergies, stress. Purpose: this descriptive study was to investigate the physical activity levels among secondary school students aged 14 - 15 years in Cambodia. Methods: A public 168 secondary-school students (84 boys, 84 girls) aged 14 – 15 years who living and studying in Cambodia was given their physical activity data by using the Survey of Physical Activity in Thai Children and Youth 2015 (PARC), for the age 14 – 17-year-old group. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics (means, standard deviation and percentage) and physical activity levels between genders were compared by independent sample t-test. Results: The participants spent time in moderate physical activity (MPA) 100.78±88.31 minutes in weekday and 103.71±118.99 minutes in the weekend, while they engaged in sedentary behavior for 149.11±138.08 minutes in weekday and 123.51±113.03 minutes in a weekend days. They usually had talking with friends (43.5%) in the morning before class. Boys had average time spent in all levels of physical activity more than girls in both weekday and weekend day. Discussion and Conclusion: The Cambodian secondary school students aged 14-15 years engaged in the recommended-physical activity less than 60-minutes per day. Boys were more active than girls. The health promotion should be implementing to this age group with a specific gender.
