| Abstract |
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำเอาเทคนิค ABC Analysis แบบเกณฑ์เดียวและแบบหลายหลักเกณฑ์ ไปใช้ในการจัดผังคลังสินค้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ที่ประกอบธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ชิ้นส่วนอิเลคโทรนิคส์ ชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนสุขภัณฑ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ที่ทำจากยางพารา ซึ่งประสบปัญหาพื้นที่การจัดเก็บไม่เพียงพอ สินค้าในคลังไม่ตรงกับรายงานในบัญชี รวมถึงการจ่ายสินค้าผิดรายการ โดยปัจจุบันบริษัทยังไม่เคยนำเทคนิคหรือวิธีการใดมาช่วยในการบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า ผู้วิจัยได้นำรายการสินค้าเคลื่อนไหวจำนวน 1,372 รายการ มาจัดกลุ่มด้วยเทคนิค ABC Analysis แบบเกณฑ์เดียวและแบบหลายหลักเกณฑ์ พบว่า การแบ่งกลุ่มสินค้าแบบเกณฑ์เดียวมีความเหมาะสมมากกว่าแบบหลายเกณฑ์ของ Ng model ผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอให้บริษัทจัดกลุ่มสินค้าโดยใช้เทคนิค ABC แบบเกณฑ์เดียว โดยวางสินค้ากลุ่ม A ที่มีปริมาณการใช้บ่อยไว้ด้านหน้า เพื่อให้พนักงานเข้าถึงสินค้าได้เร็ว และลดระยะเวลาในการเดินหาสินค้า ส่วนสินค้าที่มีปริมาณการใช้ปานกลาง คือกลุ่ม B จะวางบริเวณตรงกลาง และสินค้าที่เคลื่อนไหวช้าที่สุดคือกลุ่ม C จะจัดวางบริเวณด้านหลังสุดของคลังสินค้าต่อจากกลุ่ม A และ B ทั้งนี้ ในการจัดวางยังคงใช้การจัดเก็บแบบกำหนดตำแหน่งตายตัว (Fix location system) เรียงตามรหัสสินค้า เพื่อช่วยลดเวลาในการค้นหาสินค้าเนื่องจากพนักงานมีความคุ้นเคยกับพื้นที่ และง่ายต่อการจดจำตำแหน่งที่วางสินค้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำหลักการ FIFO มาใช้ เพื่อให้สินค้าที่รับเข้ามาก่อนถูกจ่ายออกไปก่อนตามวันที่รับเข้า ป้องกันการชำรุดและเสื่อมสภาพของสินค้าดังกล่าว

/ABSTRACT:
The purpose of the research was to study the use of both single criteria and multiple criteria ABC Analysis technique for warehouse layout of a case study of rubber part industry which manufactures and distributes equipment electronic parts, spare parts automotive, sanitary ware, and other products from rubber. The problems of a case study were the storage space not enough, the missing inventory items from the report, and inventory transactions error. At present, the company has never applied any techniques or methods for warehouse management. This research uses 1,372 items movement to be grouped by ABC Analysis technique in both a single criteria and multi-criteria basis. It found that the classification of single criterion was more suitable for this case study than the multiple criterion of Ng model. Therefore, the researcher proposed a single criteria ABC Analysis for inventory classification. The inventories of group A with high volume of usage are in front to access inventories faster and reduce the time. For inventories with moderate usage is called as group B will be located in the middle next to group A. Lastly, the slow-moving inventories group C will be located at the back of the warehouse. The researcher additionally considers using the fixed location system sorted by product code because it can reduce the time since employees are familiar with the area and product code. In addition, the FIFO principle has been implemented as inventories are first received will be issued first to preventing damage and deterioration.
