| บทคัดย่อ |
Two limonoids, limonophyllines B and C (1 and 2), three tyramines, atalatums A, D and E (3-5), xanthoxylin (6), 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene (7) and opuntiol (8) were isolated from the seeds of Atalantia monophylla. Atalatum A (3) exhibited strong cytotoxicity against KKU-M214 cell line, with an IC50 value of 3.06 ± 0.51 μM. Atalatum D (4) demonstrated stronger cytotoxicity than the ellipticine standard toward KKU-M213 cell line with an IC50 value of 5.63 ± 0.22 μM |
