| Abstract |
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของระบบการจัดการของห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดสุราสมทรัพย์ 2) เพื่อวางแผนการปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการองค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด สุราสมทรัพย์ อำเภอเสลภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interviews) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ พนักงานใน หจก. สุราสมทรัพย์ จำนวน 9 คน โดยใช้แนวคำถามเดียวกัน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยการทอดเทป นำข้อมูลที่ได้ มาประเมินปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่มีผลต่อองค์กรและอุตสาหกรรมด้วยการวิเคราะห์ SWOT Analysis ซึ่งเป็นหลักการวิเคราะห์ 4 ด้านดังนี้ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคามขององค์กร โดยนำแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศาเพื่อหาทางลดปัญหา และลดการขัดแย้งของพนักงาน นำแผนผังก้างปลา (Cause and Effect Diagram) มาใช้เพื่อช่วยในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุรากเหง้าของปัญหาที่แท้จริงของการทำงาน โดยแทนหัวปลาด้วยปัญหาหลัก และแต่ละก้างคือต้นตอของสาเหตุที่ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหา เพื่อนำมาหาแนวทางแก้ไขควบคู่กับการนำทฤษฎีการวิเคราะห์งาน เพื่อกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของพนักงาน พร้อมนำผลมาจัดทำเป็นโครงการ จำนวน 4 โครงการ ได้แก่ 1) morning talk 2) โครงการคุณทำได้ เราให้คุณ 3) โครงการเติมเต็มเพิ่มพลังกับการท่องเที่ยว 4) พี่สอนน้องทำตาม เพื่อวางแผนการปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน หจก.สุราสมทรัพย์
This study aims to 1) analyze the current organizational capacity of Surasomsap LP and 2) to make an organizational capacity improvement plan for employees at Surasomsap LP in Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. The qualitative research methodology was employed. In-depth interviews with similar guiding questions were conducted to collect data from 9 employees at Surasomsap LP. The interview clips were transcribed. The data were analyzed and used to evaluate the factors affecting the organization and industry using SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) analysis. The 360-degree feedback evaluation was used to identify problems, find solutions, and minimize conflicts among employees. The cause and effect diagram was utilized to solve problems and improve employees’ performance based on the evaluation results. The fishbone diagram (cause and effect) was used to identify the root causes of the problem. The head of the fish represents the main problem and smaller bones are the root causes. The results are analyzed together with the performance analysis theory in order to designate responsibilities of employees. As a result of the analysis, four projects are developed: 1) Morning Talk, 2) If You Can Do it, We Give It To You, 3) Tourism Incentive, and 4) Senior – Junior Training Partners. These projects are aimed at improve the capacity of employees at Surasomsap LP. |
