บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาสมรรถนะแห่งตนมีผลต่อสมรรถนะแห่งตนและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในผู้ป่วยเด็กวัยเรียนโรคไตกลุ่มอาการเนโฟรติก กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วย เด็กวัยเรียน 8 -12 ปี วินิจฉัยเป็นโรคไตกลุ่มอาการเนโฟรติก เลือกแบบเจาะจง ตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า จำนวน 40 คน แบ่ง 2 กลุ่ม 20 คนแรกเป็น กลุ่มควบคุม ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ 20 คน หลัง เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง ได้รับโปรแกรมและการพยาบาลตามปกติ เก็บข้อมูลโดยสัมภาษณ์ ข้อมูลทั่วไป สมรรถนะแห่งตน พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติที พบว่า 1) กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนสมรรถนะแห่งตนและค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง สูงกว่า ก่อนการทดลอง 2) กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนสมรรถนะแห่งตนและค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม

Abstract
This quasi-experimental research aimed to study effects of self – efficacy development program on self – efficacy and self-care behavior in school – aged patients with nephrotic syndrome. The sample was school – age patients 8-12 years old diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome, selected by purposive sampling according inclusion criteria 40 patients. They were divided into 2 groups: 20 of the control group received conventional nursing care and 20 of the experimental group received self – efficacy development program on self – efficacy and conventional nursing care. The research instruments were interview for data collection which are personal information self – efficacy and self-care behavior, by using t – test for data analysis. The results were found as following: 1) Experimental groups of self – efficacy after intervention and mean score of self-care behavior after intervention was higher than before intervention 2) The experimental group’s mean score of self – efficacy and self-care behavior was higher than those the control group.
