     Abstract This research is a part of studying about developing curriculum and training courses and to study the achievement of training for mathematical teachers at secondary public school in Lao PDR using the e-Training system. The paper aimed to examine the need of the e-Training system for Lao PDR secondary school mathematical teachers in order to provide the information for developing the curriculum. It is a survey research to survey the e-training needs of secondary school mathematical teachers. The samples were mathematical teachers at public secondary schools in 9 provinces (from 3 parts of the country: northern, central and southern parts of Lao PDR), which were selected by purposive sampling of 198 people. The duration of implementation was December of 2018; the research tools were the questionnaires for training needs of mathematical teachers at the public secondary schools. The results revealed that there was is high level required (needed) e-Training, from which 63.63% has smartphones, 66.66% has computers, 84.34% can access to internet and 90.41% is interested in participation in the e-Training through (or via) smartphones or computers.
