Abstract Thai Jasmin rice, soybeans and maize are important economic crops in many countries in Asia. Especially Thailand, it is important in the production and processing of products for export and consumption. Therefore, increasing the quantity and quality of plant production is important. The objective of this research is to study the influence of vermicompost by Eudrilus eugeniae on seed germination and physiological parameters (germination rate, root length and height) of Thai Jasmine Rice (Khao Dawk Mali 105 varity), Soybean (SJ 5 variety) and Purple Waxy Corn by using different concentrations of vermicompost ( 0, 5, 15 and 25%). Paper seeding method was used at 28 ๐C, light for 12 hours in Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The Results of 5 days after sowing found that the germination rate of soybean were highest in vermicompost (liquid) at concentration 5% (93%). The root length of of Khao Dawk Mali 105 rice had the highest value in the vermicompost at concentration 5 and 15% (2.33 cm). The height of the stem of Khao Dawk Mali 105 rice had the highest value in vermicompost at concentration 25% (1.30 cm). The different concentration of vermicompost had differ influence on seed germination and physiological parameters in each plant. Vermicompost have influence on increasing germination rate and root length of the crops. Vermicompost could be the good solution to increase plant production.
