| Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษายุทธศาสตร์การด้ารงชีพของวิถีประมงชุมชนในลุ่มน้้ามูล
ตอนกลางหลังจากการสร้างเขื่อนราษีไศล โดยใช้กระบวนการการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและใช้แนวคิดการด้ารงชีพ
(Livelihood) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษาและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้คนในลุ่มน้้ามูล
ตอนกลางก่อนมีการสร้างเขื่อนราษีไศลมีวิถีการด้ารงชีพที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบนิเวศบุ่งทามของแม่น้้ามูล
ตอนกลาง ภายหลังจากการสร้างเขื่อนเกิดพื้นที่น้้าท่วมขังขนาดใหญ่และส่งผลต่อวิถีการด้ารงชีพถูกลดทอน
ทางเลือกไป ผู้คนจ้าเป็นต้องปรับตัวสร้างทางเลือกในการท้าประมงเพื่อให้อยู่กับสภาพแวดล้อมแบบใหม่ โดย
การใช้ทุนในการด้ารงชีพที่ยังเหลือในการสร้างยุทธศาสตร์การด้ารงชีพมีดังนี้ 1.การพัฒนาเครื่องมือรูปแบบ
ประมงหลังการสร้างเขื่อน 2.การสร้างกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิถีประมงชุมชน 3.การสร้าง
ยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมของวิถีประมงชุมชน และ4.กิจกรรมการด้ารงชีพอื่นๆที่ควบคู่กับวิถีประมงชุมชน

This research aimed to study the livelihood strategies of community fisheries in the
middle Mun River basin after the construction of the Rasi Salai Dam. By using the qualitative
research process and the concept of living (Livelihood) as a conceptual framework for the
study and data analysis. The results of the study showed that People in the middle Mun
River Basin before the Rasi Salai Dam were built had various livelihoods in the Bung Tham
River area. After the construction of the dam, a large flooded area of floods and livelihoods
was reduced. People need to adapt to make fishing alternatives to the new environment. By
using the remaining living capital to create a living strategy is as follows: 1. Development of
fisheries tools after the construction of the dam 2. Creation of economic activities related to
community fisheries livelihoods 3. Creating a Joint Strategy for Community Fisheries Way And
4. livelihood activities in conjunction with the community fishing way.
