There was aspatial global autocorrelation between surrounding area and binge drinking behavior among working-age population with the Moran’s I values of 0.579. The LISA analysis indicated 9 hot-spots or high-high clusters. In Thailand, there is a cultural context, traditions, and lifestyle in a society that is conducive to risky behaviors that drink alcohol beyond the standards set by law. Therefore, more efficient and effective management of this problem on Sectors of the Public, Private, Citizen and related agencies should promote, develop, and raise awareness of health impacts to create appropriate health literacy for local residents while engaging all sectors in managing alcohol behavior in all areas, which is sustainable and effective forever.
