     Abstract Abstract: The objective of this research is to develop learning activities using the flipped classroom concept together with active learning to enhance mathematical reasoning skills. about real numbers for students in grade 10. This research is survey research. The target group was 5 experts in evaluating the quality of teaching materials, using a purposive sampling design. The research tool was an expert assessment form for teaching plans of learning activities using the flipped classroom concept together with active learning management to enhance mathematical reasoning skills matter of real numbers for students in grade 10. Analyze data from content validity expert assessments. From the analysis of the Index of Item Objective Congruence; IOC and check the suitability of the learning management plan by averaging the obtained scores. To find appropriateness using a rating scale with 5 levels according to the Likert method. The results of the analysis found that the content consistency index was 0.8, which passed the criterion of 0.5. Therefore, the learning plan had a content consistency and the appropriateness of the learning management plan from the average was 4.6. Organize learning in the most appropriate way.
