     Abstract Farmers usually face an inconvenience to access agricultural inputs due to the distance of shops from their residences, which hinders doing agriculture effectively. Almost of agricultural entrepreneurs could not provide their services because there are many different sorts of agricultural inputs must cause large stocks. In order to solve these problems sustainably, an innovative pre-paid system called “Bug Mi Box” is invented not only to help facilitate farmers' ability to reach agricultural inputs but also to decrease the cost for entrepreneurs. The study focuses on the development of a pre-paid system and an efficient logistic management system. The study focuses on marketing, engineering, finance, and sensitivity feasibility in the Donhun sub-district, Khon Kaen, Thailand, the research surveyed 351 customers and found that they had significant interest in the service for its timesaving with reasonable price aspect. Marketing strategies, personal selling, and effective logistics will influence purchasing behavior. This project costs 1,500,000 THB. The payback period is 2 years and 10 months, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 28%.
