Abstract |
The study aims to investigate the interrelationship among brand innovation, brand trust, and brand loyalty of E-Marketplace by Quantitative Research Method. The data was collected by online questionnaire from 400 samples in Thailand. Then data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result showed that brand innovation directly influences brand trust and indirect influence on brand loyalty through brand trust. |
