     Abstract Technology of social media is used widely in the world 21 century, thus creating a quality of student learning, using the technology to a base. To create a new class that students can create knowledge and use social media as a tool in support. It is an important goal of this research. The purpose of this study was to design the learning environment on SOCIALClassnet. In this study, the stage of courseware design and development was in the first stage. The instrument used for this stage was documentary research which contains 5 steps as follows: (1) analyzing on learning principles and theories, (2) analyzing on related research, (3) studying about the context of instructional management in secondary school, (4) interviewing and having conferences with experts, and (5) synthesizing theoretical framework of the designing for learning via SOCIALClassnet which promoted knowledge. As for the procedures of this study, it insists of synthesis designing framework, learning environment design, and pilot study. According to the results, the design of learning environment via SOCIALClassnet insist of (1) stimulating intellectual structure management, (2) supporting intellectual balancing, (3) promoting knowledge creation, (4) assisting in building knowledge. According to the assessment of learning development, the SOCIALClassnet of create to computer graphic for high school students to gain self-directed learning after doing the mission. The learners’ level of having self-directed learning was at the high level(76.52%). As Gugliemino create development of the self- directed learning readiness scale (1997), overall, Analysis of their needs was in the highest level (80.73%), Spark interest was in the high level(75.64%), Planning to learn was in high level(79.95%), Learn according to plan was in high level(71.91%) ,Presentation of data for learning was in high level(79.93%) and Target preparation and presentation was in high level(70.96%).
