     Abstract Using free time learning was adopted to seek knowledge of learners and to expand the knowledge and generalization of teaching and learning on massive open online course. This method helped to increase the knowledge of the learner and their efficiency. The objective of this research was designed for a constructivism learning environment on massive open online course. Experimental research was used in the research design. The result revealed that a constructivism learning environment on massive open online course consists of: 1) stimulated constructivism and cooperative learning 2) support to adjust to constructivism 3) encouraged a mental growth model 4) assisted support and help. The result of this study found 1. The important conceptual frameworks for design consists of stimulate intellectual structure, support to adjust to constructivism, support to adjust to constructivism, encouraged a mental growth model, and student’s motivation. 2. Mental model of learner that generalization of teaching and learning on massive open online course supported innovation and information technology for higher education found that learner can be explained the process to solve the problem in each mission. 3. Learners’ motivation with constructivism learning environment on massive open online course supported innovation and information technology for higher education found that stimulated in situation for higher education learner, found the knowledge and the knowledge between teacher and learner. 4. Achievement of learner with constructivism learning environment on massive open online course supported innovation and information technology for higher education found that the students' achievement was 70% of the students who had achieved the academic achievement score of 70%, percentage was 86.2% of the total students. Mean (X ̅) was 76.2 and the standard deviation (S.D.) was 10.33. 76.20% of the students who had a learning achievement of 70% from the full grade.
