     Abstract Thailand has a high death of motorcycle riders and helmet wearing rates remain big problem. The first aim of the present study was to compare knowledge of Thai students who are motorcycle riders and to explain the variables affecting motorcycle helmet use intentions by using The Structural Equation Model (SEM). The third aim of the present study was to study the psychological factors influencing the helmet use intentions of University students, Based on The Theory of Planned Behavior, Transtheoretical Model and Stages of change, a study investigated the behavior of helmet use intention on increased a wearing helmet among students.
