     Abstract ABTRACT This study aims to 1) develop the skill exercise of spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling of grade 3 students who have at risk of learning disabilities to reach the 75/75 criterion, 2) study the word spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling of grade 3 students who have at risk of learning disabilities pre and post using the skill exercise. The sample group in this study of 5 students who studying in grade 3 and have at risk of learning disabilities in second semester, academic year 2017 at Huafai Nonsa-art Witthaya School, under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Officer 2. The research methodology was an experimental research by using one group pretest – posttest design. Research instruments including 1) exercises of word spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling, 2) lesson plans, 3) pre and post learning tests from of word spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling that designed by the researcher. Experiment period was 3 weeks, 5 days per a week, 1 hour per a day, total 15 hours. Average and percent were used for statistical analysis in this study. The study found that; 1) Exercises of word spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling of students who have a risk of learning disabilities had an effectiveness (E1/ E2) was 90.66/87.33 that higher than the set criterion at 75/75. 2) For the word spelling writing ability with unmatched consonant in words section spelling of 5 students who studying in grade 3 and have at risk of learning disabilities pre and post learning average score, before learning had an average score at 56.00 percent and after learning score had an average score at 87.33 percent. The learning ability after learning higher than before learning at 31.33 percent.
