     Abstract ABSTRACT Grade 7 students studying in English program usually paid less attention to Thai subject than English subject. Consequently, they had unsatisfactory learning achievement. Therefore, it was necessary for teachers to search for technique to motivate their students’ attention, good attitude towards learning which would affect students’ learning process further. The objective of this research was to study: 1) Thai language teacher’s learning process management for Grade 7 Studnets in English Program, Kaennakon Wittayalai School, 2) the learning process in Thai language of Grade 7 Students in English Program, Kaennakon Wittayalai School, and 3) the attitude of Grade 7 Studnets in English Program, Kaennakon Wittayalai School, on their learning process in Thai Language. The target group included one Thai Language Teacher teaching Thai Language, and 29 Grade 7 Students. The research instruments using for data collection were: 1) the audio tape recording, 2) the video tape recording, 3) the interview form, 4) the observation form, 5) the field note, 6) the attitude form, and 7) the document. Data were analyzed by using Protocol Analysis, and Descriptive Analysis. The findings were presented in narrative form. The research findings found that : 1) the teacher taught by learning process management called Active Learning with learning process in Experiential Learning, the teaching for enhancing the students’ learning from concrete experience leading to abstract comprehension being suitable for practice oriented subject or skill oriented practice, and for instructional management for both of individual and group. For teaching principle, the teacher made plan in providing situation for students’ necessary experience in learning, and encouraging students’ reflective thinking and discussion what they had from situation. The example of teaching method using for experience learning management including: demonstration technique and practice. The knowledge management included 5 steps: step 1, the readiness preparation, step 2, the knowledge presentation, step 3, the learning practice, step 4, the knowledge conclusion, and step 5, the knowledge application. 2) The students had learning techniques including: the observation, watching, listening, and knowledge mote taking. 3) The students improved their learning behavior including knowledge, process skill, and attitude. They obtained very good attitude with mean value ( ) = 4.82, and standard deviation (S.D.) = 0.86.
