     Abstract Abstract: This thesis is study applying Appreciative inquiry coaching to create the happiness for call center trainee students. With the purpose of search for pattern to create the happiness for call center trainee students and to reduce the resignation rate of call center trainee students. By applying Appreciative inquiry coaching with call center trainee students 15 people. The study is based on an action research method. The tools used in the research were 4-D model of Appreciative inquiry. These include discover, dream, design and deliver. By applying such processes for used to coaching call center trainee students. Starting from classification call center trainee students with Celtic wheels. These include bull, bear, mice and eagle. Then applying Appreciative inquiry coaching for assess the emotional state of call center trainee students with 8emotional states from Flow theory of Csikszentmihalyi. These include apathy, boredom, relaxation, worry, control, anxiety, arousal and flow. Summary of issues by analytic induction analysis. By analyzing from answering questions in depth interviews, observations and workshops of call center trainee students. The results showed that the pattern to create the happiness for call center trainee students there are 4 model were happiness pattern of bull, happiness pattern of bear, happiness pattern of mice and happiness pattern of eagle. After receiving Appreciative inquiry coaching the call center trainee students able to practice the entire course 15 people. Based on this research, it shows that Appreciative inquiry coaching is very important for call center trainee students. Thus, there should be applying Appreciative inquiry coaching to create the happiness for trainee students in other departments and can bring such coaches to be used in personnel development within both public and private organizations.
